Remember, unless YOU ARE DEAD, you will get ANGRY.  Those who say they NEVER get angry are in denial! It’s how you HANDLE it – PROCESS it out vs STUFF IT or ESCALATE it that matters.  We hope you learn enough about ANGER to be able to PROCESS it out, STILL owning the fact that you were angry, often that you had the right to be angry (such as when someone cuts you off in traffic), that you took control and PROCESSED it out by deciding you had more important things to do, than to chase the jerk down and “teach them a lesson” and chance getting yourself in trouble or even hurt if they attack you, shoot you, or sue you.
